Sweet Valentine - n2sh

Hi Everyone! 

Here on the blog today to share with you a card I created using the digital image 'Sweet Valentine' from Not 2 Shabby

 the digital image has been coloured with Promarkers and after die cutting I have distressed the edges with Tim holts Distress Ink Black Soot.

I found some backing paper which I die cut in to a square and a rectangle and also die cut a tag out of red card, which I also distressed, before adding the twine and charm.

I then added some black lace and some stamped Love hearts. Finally I added some red pearls and a sentiment received with the many sentiments that come with the image as a bonus.

Teddy Bear Picnic - T4TD

Hi everyone! 

Sharing a Crd today that my son and i gave to my husband for his birthday. 

As a family we love a good picnic so my son chose these adorable picnic bears for Time for Tea Designs. 

 The background has been created with Tim Holts distress ink (Mowed Lawn, Speckled Egg and Blue Ribbon)

I then die cut a frame Kraft frame and a white 3 square aperture. I used a stencil to create the background scene from each aperture.

I then stamped each bear and coloured with Promarkers before fussy cutting.

I then added the Bears to the Card.

Finally i stamped and die cut the sentiment to complete.

Hi Everyone! 

Dropping in today to show you a card that I coloured using the image 'Sleeping Fox' from Not 2 Shabby Shop

I created my Foxes into Huskies 

 The image has been coloured with Nuvo Markers 

I have also die cut a Love sentiment - several times out of black card, with he top layer out of glitter card, to give dimension.

I have then backed the image into black card and places on top pf pink backing paper.

Thinking of you - DDS

Hi Everyone! 

There is a new release at Digi Doodle Studio! Some Gorgeously Sweet Images! 

here is Thinking of You 

I have also used the DDS paper pack 'Love in the air'

Not just a valentines this image and paper pack would be great for a book reader!

 The image has been coloured with Promarkers 

I have die cut a square piece of backing paper and a rectangle piece backed with white card, and then used a bit of 'Vintage Photo' distress ink around the edges so give a vintage feel. 

I have then die cut another piece with a Lace Heart and distressed. 

I have added a silk ribbon and placed the image on to the backing papers. 

Finally i used some clear stamps, Versamark embossing ink and WOW White embossing powder to heat emboss the Books and sentiment on to Kraft card! 

Finally added some die cut hearts from translucent paper and some pink mini pearls.

Cher - AB

 Hi everyone! 

Today I am sharing a birthday card I created with the image 'Cher' from Alicia Bel. 

As to the name of the image I took inspiration from Cher to create the card - I also played a few Cher songs to get me into the mood. I do Love the one she co-sang with Meat Loaf! 

The digital Image has been coloured with Promarkers. 

I have used several backing papers and ide cut with square and scalloped nesting dies. 

I have also used a sparkle star and added some organza ribbon and bow. 

The sentiments were created in Word.

Smooches - SNS

 Hi Everyone! 

So today is my Wedding Anniversary so I needed to make a card for my husband.

Luckily Sweet November Stamps send a Freebie in their monthly news letter which i thought was perfect as an image for My husband! 'Smooches'

I have also used the digital background images ' Background Builder: Kissing Bridge' and some trees from 'the riverbed background scene builder' to create the scene. I then coloured the whole scene with Promarkers 

I always find balloons difficult, so I'll be practising that again. 

I then die cut the image and added to pink backing card and then mounted onto a silver C6 card.
